About the Opportunity:

Our Behavior Technicians are valued members of our clinic team. They assist with ABA treatments and interventions as directed by a licensed BCBA, effectively communicate and document/bill for treatments, prepare and maintain equipment for treatments, and develops appropriate professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.

What You Will Need:

  • Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not required.
  • Training and supervision provided to obtain RBT if needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
  • Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
